That policy kinda makes sense - give the newcomers a better experience and hold back the regulars.

Besides, I can't imagine how people turn around so many DVDs. I can only think some are making copies of the movies. If so, then still seems fair - rent "unlimited" DVDs for $20 a month, copy them, and return them. Still cheaper than buying legit discs.

Yeah, I can understand that but the contract probably doesn't say unlimited BUT only if you don't rent too many DVDs. They should just charge more if they lose money on those type of customers.

Geez, must be nice watching about 13 DVDs per month. Do people just sit around and watch DVDs all friggen day?!
Always someone complaining about something. =(
