Cheap Microsoft fingerprint reader at Office Depot
It's on sale this week at Office Depot for $10 after rebate. I'm gonna get one to see how good it is. Also if you take an empty printer cartridge, you can get $3 off of your purchase or a ream of paper.
UPDATE: It's only good for Windows XP! Dang! I still have Windows 2000! I should've know it was a Microsoft trick to get you to buy their latest O/S. Damn you Bill Gates!
Microsoft Fingerprint Reader lets you easily log on to your PC and your favorite Web sites with the touch of your finger — without having to remember all of your passwords! Simply place your finger on the receiver whenever a password or user name is required.
Easy-to-use software makes replacing passwords with your fingerprint a snap. Simply register your fingerprints with the easy-to-use registration wizard and you're ready to go. Then, when you visit a site that requires a password, just touch the Fingerprint Reader with any registered finger, enter your data, and then click OK — it's the last time you need to enter that information! Now, you can browse to the Web site and log in with a touch of the finger or log in with a click of the mouse via Quick Links. Windows® XP users can also use the Fingerprint Reader to switch between user accounts without actually logging off from the computer by turning on the Fast User Switching feature. With a touch of a finger, you can quickly switch between users without closing programs and files. Backed by the manufacturer's 3-year warranty.

What?! You only have Windows 2000?
I'm just too lazy to upgrade. Plus Win2K has been pretty reliable for me. Cross my fingers.....
Time to upgrade to the X operating system, OS X that is.
"The box said the software runs on Windows 95 or better so I bought a Mac."
