I think people will have HD television in their homes before IPv6 goes widespread in the DoD. Unless IPv6 becomes popular in the commercial sector first.
Hmmmm, maybe a focus for upcoming jobs/projects? The expertise surely isn't out there in the DOD now. So if you got the skillz then...
