Forgot to DVR?

Cool link to all kinds of shows. No Amazing Race or Survivor though. Gotta find one of these for Japanese dramas....

Found this when I was looking for Heroes episodes. Kinda doing a Heroes marathon this past weekend. I'm on episode 10 now. Getting hooked. But why do the Indians speak English in their native land but the Japanese speak Japanese?

BJ Penn is one lucky guy?

His GF is Sports Illustrated 2007 Swimsuit and Guess model and Tori Praver.

Or so I thought after I read it in the magazine. They corrected it on their website.

I would have to say she would be my top vote for Pulpconnection's Fresh and Hot of Hawaii list.

AGE: 20

BORN: San Diego, California (Raised in Maui, Hawaii)

DISCOVERED: When she was 11, Tori was walking through Costco in her soccer uniform with her mom when she was approached by a modeling agent for the first time.

SI RÉSUMÉ: This is Tori's first appearance in the Swimsuit Issue.

DID YOU KNOW? Tori is an avid surfer and last year followed in the footsteps of Naomi Campbell, Cladia Schiffer, Anna Nicole Smith, Drew Barrymore and Paris Hilton as the new face of GUESS?.

Due to an editing error, ultimate fighter BJ Penn was incorrectly identified as the boyfriend of model Tori Praver in the 2007 Swimsuit Issue. SI regrets the error.

Michelle Wie Interview on Yahoo Sports

Her demeanor now is so defensive. I wish she would focus on the LPGA to at least get a win on that tour first. Looking forward to how she plays this year though.

Free Turbo Tax online for State Farm customers

If you're a State Farm policyholder, log on to your account to see the link to TurboTax Online (in the left-hand pane).

Free completion and filing of "Essentials" and "Basic", and discounted "Premier" ($20). From TurboTax's comparison tables, it looks like the only thing Premier gets you is additional "guidance".

If you haven't yet signed up on statefarm.com, you need to register and enter some policy info to get access.

I was able to file my federal and state taxes electronically for free!

Made it back!!

Luckily I was able to make the first flight back to Hawaii at 9am which got me back at around 130pm. Had to taxi back home since alot of my friends were either on trips or busy. Tried to sneak on The Bus but you can't take anything larger than a carry-on onto the bus. So, I had to pay $25 to taxi it back which was less than I thought it would be. I was thinking more like $35.

Was lucky enough to go to the game with Pulpconnection and gang and had a great time. I can't believe we lost to that team at their place. The seats were pretty sweet. Here are some pics:

Wasn't able to catch any shirts though. Saw Minna Sugimoto with Howard Dash from their courtside KHNL seats. As for the game, Nash shot good all night and played with alot of energy. Gibson was hot from downtown. Lojo was cold prob due to his injury. Luettgerodt didn't play too well. Gueye played solid as usual. Best hands on the team by far. He grabs everything around him. Solid win for the team.

Blogging from San Francisco....

Weather delays prevented me from making my flight to HNL from Vancouver so I'm stuck in SF. Damn! I should be able to fly out on one of the flights tommorrow. The Pro Bowl is making it hard to get a seat so I gotta hope I get lucky because I'm on standby. If I can get on the first flight out of SF at 9am, I'll be back in the afternoon. I was able to get a room at the Sheraton at a discount rate from the airlines for $85. Nice room. I have Internet access via my Blackberry Pearl so at least I don't have to pay for that with the room. We'll see how it goes tommorrow....

Blogging from Canada

Stuck in the Vancouver airport due to runway probs in SFO. At least they have free wireless here. The airport is pretty nice. Went through customs pretty quickly. Got some good pics from snowboarding at Whistler. Was able to snowboard for three days. Good food and fun! K, gotta go, flight is leaving....tb cont....
